The Digital Combo is a multipurpose swing-away heat press. This fully digital swing-away press boasts all of the digital features of the state-of-the-art control system. This includes Digital Temperature, Time, and a Digital Pressure/ Height gauge, as well as programmable presets, user definable alarms and a host of other digital features. The construction is a solid steel welded framework, However, the popular success of the Digital Combo lies in its instantly interchangeable system of heat platens and tables. The Digital Combo utilizes quick-change attachments for heat transferring images onto a surprisingly wide variety of materials.

A Photo Crystal is the result of infusing your colour or black & white photo into a beautiful crystal.

Crystal Photos are amazingly unique and make excellent personalised gifts. Your photo is encased inside a clear crystal that is transparent and comes presented in a white lined protective gift box.  As a final touch you can add text to your photo.

CAUTION:
1. for continued protection against fire,disconnect power-supply before using the machine,check the power-supply grounded connection well
before using.
2. disconnect power-supply before replacing different-function heat uint
3. put in the object going to be shaped,close up the pressure handle and rotate the adjusting screw to get a proper pressure.
4. the surface of the heat unit is hot during heat pressing,do not touch them with no proper protection.

BASIC  PREPARATION  BEFORE  USING
1. plug the three-core power line into the outlet,check whether the power supply is conformity with the rated voltage of the machine, there should be a reliable ground wire for the power supply.
2. put in the object going to be shaped,close up the handle and rotate the adjusting screw to get a proper pressure (the pressure of the mug press unit is a screw.
3. turn on the power switch, and the instrument board will display the temperature .
4. set the temperature and time according to the table below and get the specific corresponding temperature and timing setting.

Learn to set the temperature and time
1. press the mode key once, see the “set light” turning red. Press the plus  or minus key to set the initial heating temperature.
2. press the mode key for the second time, see the “temperature light” turning red, Press the plus or minus key to set the highest heating temperature.
3. press the mode key for the third time, see the “time light” turning red, Prees the plus or minus key to set the proper heating time.
4. press the mode key for the fourth time ,finish the setting and the machine stands by to work.

                                                      
Attention:
The initial heating temperature should be set between 200~380,the highest heating temperature should be set between 200~430. the timing should be set between 0~999 sec.
IF the initial heating temperature is 230, the highest heating temperature should be set only between 230~430. as the same , IF the highest heating temperature is 380, the initial heating temperature should be set only between 200~380.

operation:
1. T-shirt and plate:
Close up the pressure handle ,preset the corresponding temperature and timing for the object that is going to be shaped,  it needs a few minutes to achieve the initial heating temperature
When the temperature achieves the initial heating temperature, it will turn into constant temperature status automatically. Pull up the handle,put into the object and close up the handle.press the executive key, then close up the pressure handle,wait for a few times(set),you will hear a hint sound ,the pressing is finished, pull up the pressure handle,press the executive key. do the next object or turn off the power  

2. mugs,tiles,metal board:
Preset the corresponding temperature and timing for the object that is going to be shaped. put into the object, close up the pressure handle, Press the executive key, the temperature will straight to achieves the highest heating temperature, wait for a few times(set), you will hear a hint sound ,the pressing is finished, pull up the pressure handle,press the executive key. Do the next object or turn off the power.
